5 day workshop for senior teachers in administrative positions, primary wing Co- coordinators, Principals, School Management members.The program is designed to enable the trainer to provide developmentally appropriate experiences for the trainees / teachers. It embraces the active, participatory, experiential learning approach which is universally recognized.

In this method of training, both trainer and trainees will actively participate and construct situations which give the trainees first hand experiences during the training itself.

Such experiences help to clarify the theoretical concepts of the training thereby helping the trainees to understand them better. For the active, participatory experiential approach to work effectively, trainees must work in small groups.

The trainer will be able to:

• Train teachers of Early Childhood Care and Education.
• Understand and use various teaching strategies in teaching adult learners.
• Develop professionalism in teachers in Early Childhood Education.
